Richard Campione - Co-Founder Quantum Defense

Chief Range Safety Officer at, and the Vice President of, the Redmond Rod & Gun Club. Regularly serves in the Action Pistol area of the club. Richard is the match director of the Steel Challenge competition at RR&GC and regularly helps run the Rimfire and Practical Shooting challenge competitions. Richard also serves on the Safety Committee for the club. Richard is a member of the development team responsible for creating and administering certification tests for instructors and shooters who wish to use Action Pistol facilities.
Teaching Experience: Richard helped found Quantum Defense School with Greg Kangas, and has taught numerous Quantum Defense 3 day self defense hand gun courses over the years. Richard helps RSO and teach at the “Ladies Night” offered at the club. Additionally, he has provided one on one instruction. Professionally, Richard has been an educator for many (many) decades.

Richard Campione & Greg Kangas
Greg Kangas - Co-Founder Quantum Defense
For the past 10 yrs Greg has served as a Range Safety Officer for the Redmond Rod & Gun Club at their rifle/pistol discipline area, and is involved in training new RSOs and certifying those RSOs to run the advanced Pistol Lanes and Action Pistol bays. Greg also has been a Staff Team Member of the NRA Women on Target Instructional Shooting Clinics events as well.
After developing the “Rimfire Challenge” competition for several years, Greg is now a Co-Director of the Club's “Steel Challenge” competition. Along with running some of the Club's competitions Greg is part of the developmental team that creates, maintains and conducts the certifications tests that local instructors who use the Clubs ranges must qualify and pass annually. Greg also instructs and coaches members and non-members in the process of their firearms training as they use the various aspects of the Clubs ranges.
