News & Updates

Update, November 20, 2008:

The Annual Meeting notices have been mailed to all members without email addresses. Those members that have provided email addresses should have a copy of the notice in your email inbox. Additionally, you can read the notice by clicking here. See you at the meeting.

Update, November 17, 2008:

We have changed the location for the Annual Membership meeting. It will NOT be held in the Clubhouse but will be held at the Powell Butte Community Center, 8404 SW Reif Road, Powell Butte, OR 97753. This is a nice new facility and will allow us to conduct an orderly, efficient meeting without interruptions from people wanting to shoot. Additionally, everyone attending will have a place to sit and will be able to hear and participate in the meeting.

The Powell Butte Community Center is approximately 1.5 miles south of Highway 126 on Reif Road. You can't miss the Community Center as it is the only building located near the intersection of Reif and Weigand Roads.

Update, November 10, 2008:

Our Annual Membership meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on December 7, 2008 starting at 2:00pm. All members are encouraged to attend and participate in the meeting. There are four Executive Board member positions up for election, They are VP - Rifle/Pistol (currently Gary George), and three Board positions currently held by John Cameron, Bill Layton and Bryan Piper.

We will also be discussing and voting on several Bylaw changes. You can review the current Bylaws, proposed new Bylaws and a summary sheet which points out all the changes by clicking on the appropriate links (Adobe Acrobat is required): current Bylaws, proposed Bylaws and change summary sheet
